For families
Stay close, even when you're far.
A read-only window into your loved one's day-to-day care — shared by the care home, when they choose to share it. You're invited by the care home; you can't sign up directly.
Wellbeing updates
See how your loved one is doing — mood, activity, key moments from the day — without phone-tag.
Care plan summary
Understand what care your loved one is receiving and why. No jargon, no surprises.
Direct messaging
Message the care team when something comes up. They'll reply when they can, on the record.
Shared photos
Occasional photos shared by the care home — with the resident's consent, of course.
Visit scheduling
See visiting hours. Plan visits. Coordinate with other family members.
A note on privacy
Care records are Special Category Data under UK GDPR. Family access is strictly limited to what the care home chooses to share, and only about the resident you're linked to. Families can't see staff details, incidents, financial data or anything beyond the agreed wellbeing summary.
If you think you should have access, speak to your loved one's care home manager. They control invitations.
